Take a special tour of one of Germany's newest attractions.

BMW Welt opened it doors in October 2007 and has already attracted over 1 million visitors. The attraction is also fast becoming a popular location for special events and conferences.

BMW Welt staff will escort you on a special tour of the building highlighting the exhibits, the attraction's extensive conference and special event facilities and retail and catering areas. You will also visit the BMW museum and plant to see how BMW automobiles are made.

Located in Munich within close proximity to BMW headquarters, their main manufacturing plant and the BMW museum, BMW Welt is home to automobile exhibitions, an automobile delivery centre and an event hub all under one roof.

Customers and visitors are provided with a closer than ever insight into all aspects of the BMW brand. A wide range of events and exhibitions are housed in the striking double cone, including automobile displays as well as impressive BMW technology and design exhibits.

The building itself is a stunning architectural achievement. Designed by Coop Himmelb(l)au , the futuristic Double Cone design is the architectural and communicational origin of the building and offers a unique framework for special exhibitions on various BMW themes.

Lights, action, camera! Take a look behind the scenes of one of Europe's largest and most successful film studios: The Bavaria Filmstadt (Bavaria Studio City). The studio that produced Wolfgang Petersen's critically acclaimed and Oscar nominated film "Das Boot".

Filmstadt staff will escort you on the tour and explain how they operate a highly successful attraction in the middle of a busy working film studio. The park leverages the film studio and its product to support attractions, corporate events and other activities.

On the tour you will visit the locations of well known TV hits like the popular soap opera "Marienhof" and get an escort through extravagant street sets, see the popular mythical creatures from "The Never Ending Story" and the gallic village from the filming of "Asterix and Obelix vs. Cesar".

In addition, the Filmstadt hosts a stunning 4-D theater with a state-of-the-art IOSONO holographic sound system — the first of its kind worldwide.

You will see the famous Bavaria Stunt Show which takes place on the set of a desolate New York neighborhood and offers the ideal platform for daring chase scenes and amazing tricks.
