Q: Is it too late to reserve a booth for EAS 2008?
A: Although there are already more than 165 exhibitors occupying over 5,400 square meters of exhibit space, it is NOT too late to reserve a booth at EAS 2008 (including a booth space in the first of two halls – Hall A6, and Hall A5 – view the floor plan).

Q: What special events are planned for EAS 2008?
A: Attendees will enjoy wonderful networking social events in Munich! The EAS Welcome Reception will be held on September 30th in the Messe München. The welcome reception will offer typical Bavarian food, beer and Oktoberfest fun! Come to the exhibit floor during the day and stay for the Welcome Reception in the evening. The EAS Gala will be an event in true Oktoberfest style. Put on your Lederhosen and join your colleagues on October 1st in one of the famous Oktoberfest beer tents. Attendees will be treated to a VIP seating area, delicious Bavarian food and drink, and plenty of entertainment. Take time out to walk along the midway and ride some of the favorite rides or try your skills at some of the distinctive games at Oktoberfest.

Q: How can I reserve a hotel room in Munich?

Do not delay – the city will be very crowded during Oktoberfest. Reserve your hotel room for EAS 2008 as soon as possible to receive the best possible room rates.

Q: Is there outdoor exhibit space available at EAS?
A: Yes! There are more than 2,000 square meters of outdoor exhibit space available at the Messe München. Outdoor space is only 45€/square meter for IAAPA and EAASI members, and 70€/square meter for non-members.
