EAS 2008 Exhibitor Bulletin

Thank you again for choosing to exhibit at EAS 2008-Munich. Below you will find important information regarding the show that will help make your exhibit experience a success!

Virtual Trade Show: This is an enhanced Exhibitor Listing and Floor Plan to help attendees better navigate EAS 2008. Each exhibiting company will have a basic profile which lists your company name, contact information, company profile (20 words), company web site, and booth location on the floor plan. The information in your Digital Booth Profile will also be used for the On-Site Show Program. You can log in to your Digital Booth Profile here to make edits, update your information, and add your product categories. Your password is your IAAPA Company ID, which you received in your Booth Assignment Confirmation e-mail. If you do not have this password, please e-mail Emily Popovich at epopovich@IAAPA.org. Please note: you will need to change your password before you can make any changes to your profile.

Exhibitor Technical Services Manual: The EAS exhibitor services manual is now available online. Please click HERE to download the manual and submit all your necessary forms as soon as possible. For questions regarding rules and regulations related to exhibiting in Munich, please contact Peter Kolar at P.kolar@utanet.at.

Travel and Hotel: There are many reasonably priced hotels located next to Messe Munich for easy access. Act now and reserve your hotel room before they are sold out due to Oktoberfest. Please contact the EAS hotel and travel company Servicebroker by visiting www.servicebroker.info/EAS2008, to reserve your rooms now.

Sponsorships: EAS has many opportunities for you to expand your company’s exposure beyond your booth. Sponsor a VIP table at the Gala or get the attention of a key, focused buyer group by sponsoring an educational session or tour. Exhibitor Registration: EAS exhibitor registration is available online! Register early to buy your tickets for the Gala at the Paulaner Beer Tent; you will be able to pick up your badges on-site during show setup. Click HERE to register your booth staff today. Remember: exhibitor badges include a complimentary ticket to the Welcome Reception.
